The Queen’s Cartoonists Education Initiative

Igniting a love of classical and jazz music in young people through the use of animated films.

The Queen’s Cartoonists’ live performances of classical and jazz music synchronized to animated films are wildly popular with children. Seeing the band is frequently the first time a young person has been to a “serious” concert, and TQC uses these opportunities to inspire a love of music in students. The Queen’s Cartoonists aim to present free educational concerts and workshops for young people when they tour, focusing on underserved communities and erasing the boundaries to entrance that often are associated with concert halls.

The Queen’s Cartoonists Educational Initiative is a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization. Contributions for the charitable purposes of The Queen’s Cartoonists Educational Initiative must be made payable to “Fractured Atlas” only and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law."

Your tax deductible contribution will spark the imaginations of students and will cultivate a love of classical and jazz music in future generations of concert goers. We cannot do this without your support. All funds raised for The Queen’s Cartoonists Education Initiative go directly toward creating an interactive, educational concert experience for young people.
